Generated Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership of Generated Images

Subject to these Terms, Kohdy AI grants you the following rights to the images generated through our Service:

• For Free Users: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• For Premium Users: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the generated images for both personal and commercial purposes.

Limitations

You may not:

• Claim ownership or authorship of the AI system itself.
• Use generated content to create products or services that compete directly with Kohdy AI.
• Sell or redistribute the images as stock photography, datasets, or NFTs without significant modification.
• Use generated content in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
